This one day pass is ideal for those not wanting to commit to a contract, for those who are visiting the region and for people just starting out on their fitness journey.
Guests have access to a wide range of specialist, high end equipment which includes touch screen cardio equipment (treadmills, cross trainers, cycles and recumbent cycles) with skyTV, concept 2 rowers and a full range of pin loaded equipment and senior friendly circuit equipment.
The Clubfit gym also boasts a fully functional weight room with suspension trainers, gymnastic rings, kettle bells, battle ropes and power bags.
As well as world class equipment, you’ll find Technogym gear at Clubfit, the preferred suppliers to a number of Olympic Games.
Our friendly and knowledgeable Clubfit team are also on hand to provide advice and support, helping you to make the most of your fitness experience.

Good gym with good equipment, not lots of machines but 1 of most things so all good as long as it isnt busy Quiet when we went on weekdays between 10 and 3 Can do the group classes (included with the day pass), my sister did one which she really enjoyed
