Massage

Fill in person tried tell me they like to do hot stone massage in middle of massage. Kept trying convince me very distracting when trying to relax. Dropped balls on floor so loud very distracting. Delayed massage as person sick but still got different person. Not a relaxing experience like was last time.

Messed around with timing. Was more a rub than a massage. Whole hr was only on the back and shoulders.

Hi Darrin i am not surprise to received your negative feedback in here especially when you sent me an email asking if you could pay me directly in exchange for a cheaper price than the bookme offer. Secondly, about the time issues. I texted you the night before and politely asked could you come at 1pm instead 2pm. But i did not receive any response from you until barely 2 hours before your appointment on Easter Monday. In my message i clearly told you that i was ok to see you guys at 2pm on Easter Monday, if 1pm was not suitable for you. Interestingly, you said you were fine with 1pm and i really appreciate your understanding which i sent you via message to express that. However, you did not turn up until to 1.20pm. Not to mention, we gave you extra 5 mins longer massage and i had spent more extra time explaining my facial treatment and free consultation of RF body treatment to your partner. Furthermore, because i did not hear from you in a timely manner, i had to turn down a12.30pm client who willing to pay a full prices of her massage treatment. Responding to your other complaint, you told my massage therapist you have a back pain ,so she tried to use more suitable and effective method relief your back ache which used hot stone. She did the leg massage to you. I 150% support my co-worker especially as she is very skilled and experienced, but difficult people are not her specialty. Perhaps you should have mentioned your special needs prior to the treatment. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and we were not able to meet your such high and unrealistic expectations. Perhaps we should have given you a 40 minute treatment on a/c of your being 20 minutes late. Instead we gave you extra time and free consult time. At 15 past 1 we went for a quick take away coffee thinking you were not coming at 1.00pm, no txt message from you telling of your tardiness until a call at 1.20pm, so we rush back for you I would like to make it clear here, You were not our only valued customers on the day, but we tried very hard to make you happy. I hope you did manage your time well to get to the airport after the extra time of your massage session and free consultation. I also wish you have a wonderful and successful with 'Reliable lawn and property care' business at Auckland. Of course, you know you must have excellent skill to deal with your customers like you.
